Reconnect with yourself and cultivate inner clarity through our Journaling for Wellness workshop series—a guided, small-group experience designed to help you explore your thoughts, emotions, and goals in a supportive and inspiring environment.
This series includes four 2-hour sessions, each carefully structured to introduce new journalling techniques, prompts, and practices that promote self-awareness, emotional release, and personal growth. Whether you're brand new to journalling or looking to deepen your practice, these sessions provide the time, space, and guidance to write with intention and purpose.
Each workshop includes:

A calming opening ritual or mindfulness exercise to ground the group

Themed journalling prompts (e.g. self-discovery, letting go, gratitude, future visioning)

Gentle group discussion and optional sharing in a safe, non-judgmental space
