My wellbeing groups offer a welcoming space to pause, connect, and nurture your inner self. We meet regularly for sessions that include guided meditation, journalling, and supportive women’s circles – all designed to help you slow down, reflect, and feel part of a like-minded community. I also host occasional wellbeing festivals, bringing people together to celebrate self-care, healing, and connection in a relaxed and uplifting environment.
